I lead a small team of talented artists in building this summer spot for Genesis, featuring 8 unique vehicles. Efficiency is key in automotive visualization, and with only 4 weeks from award to finishing, I'm proud of the work our team was able to pull off. Between the vehicle prep (spearheaded by VFX Supervisor Morgan McDermott), constant iterations of lighting & frame look dev (handled myself), plus traditional comp (with help from lead compositor Ashley Jahanshahi), this was "fun" one to deliver.

Previz in Unreal, LookDev in Houdini

The speed of working in Unreal is unparalled. But as soon as I completed previz, all locked shots were ported to Houdini where environment & vehicle look dev took place. I'm proud to have helped build the multishot Solaris pipeline we used (image below), as well personally handle all sequence & shot lighting myself.
