Virtual Production
As a founding member of the virtual production boutique Impossible Objects, I have seen all flavors of commercial VP and have personally built pipelines from the ground up. My specialty is ICVFX, but having spent the last 5 years in Unreal Engine means that I also work in any type of real-time visualization context.
Visual Effects
As a VFX artist who has been using Blender and After Effects for nearly 18 years, I take great pride in having migrated to more formal VFX pipelines involving Houdini & Nuke, while still retaining the creative flexibility that comes with a long history in working in both 2D & 3D VFX.
Cinematography
All my work is influenced by my background as a cinematographer. Whether it be lighting, camera, or just speaking the film language required to convey the story, I firmly believe bridging the live action world into VFX & VP is the key to grounded looking work.
